Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of MediaForge, including media conversion, file upload/sharing, account features, and paid subscriptions.
Use of the platform
You may use MediaForge only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account or submitted from your device.
Account responsibilities
Keep your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate account information and promptly update details when needed.
Prohibited use
- Uploading, sharing, or downloading content without required rights or permissions.
- Infringing intellectual property rights or violating third-party terms.
- Attempting to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- Using the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans unlock additional features such as higher limits and premium options. By subscribing, you authorize applicable charges under your selected plan until cancellation where recurring billing applies.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. Cancelling disables future renewals and schedules plan termination at period end; it does not remove access immediately for the remaining paid period.
If a renewal payment fails, the subscription may enter a payment-failed or past-due state. We may retry payment and may downgrade or expire access if payment is not successfully resolved.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve reliability, security, or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual property
MediaForge and related branding, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaForge is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, security threats, or legal requirements.
